OWNER - Kent M. Williams, Jr. Expert Kent Computer Services is owned by Kent M. Williams, Jr. His resume boasts nearly 20 years in the technical support industry. With over 12 years of professional work knowledge, Kent has obtained A+ certification, Networks Plus certification, and licensing in Microsoft 7. He is presently in pursuit of an advanced degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland.
Citizens first, Community second, Corporations - - Kent has been employed by some of the nation’s most noted and respected businesses. He technical savvy has aided government agencies in telecommunications, PC and smartphone troubleshooting and networking. Major market competitors like Verizon, JP Morgan and Chase, and Capital One have relied on his skill set to support their customers. Within his local communities, Kent has served alongside Walmart and the Baltimore Public School System. As he works to build Expert Kent Computer Services, he plans to leverage this wealth of experience and to tap into the relationships he has fostered.
